Twilight Edward Fan Club Layout with .cut file!

I decided to bump this post to the top in honor of the movie New Moon that was released last night in theaters!  I am taking my oldest daughter tomorrow morning at 10am to see it and yes, I already purchased our tickets!  If any of you out there are have not read the Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyers you are really missing out!  You will fall in love with the characters and be forever changed!  I highly reccomend them all!  So here's to all of the die hard fans like my daughter and I!

Do you have a die-hard Twilight fan like I do? My 15 year old, Abigail, was given the whole Twilight series for Christmas and belive it or not, she read all 4 books in less than a week! We would go out to eat she would bring her book with her and hap-hazardly eat while she was reading. We would have to make her turn her light off sometimes at 3 and 4 am and had to take her cell phone away so she would quit reading my the light of it at night! She is what I would call a die-hard twilight fan!

I created the Twilight Edward Fan Club Layout using Cricut Design Studio, The Cricut Expression and a 12x24 Mat. The Cricut Cartridges I used were Home Decor, Plantin Schoolbook, Storybook, Happily Ever After and Opposites Attract. Prism Cardstocks were used to create this layout. I used the Inkabilities white pen by Ranger. As always, I used the Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive Glue in the Blue Bottle! It just take a dot and holds like no tomorrow! I buy this glue by the Box!!! (I am always afraid that I am going to run out of it!)

Here is the Twilight Edward Fan Club Layout.cut file. You are welcome to download this layout for your own personal use but please do not sell, give away or teach from my layouts. Have fun with this layout and be sure to link your finished project to my blog by leaving a comment!

She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy!

I recently taught a private Design Studio lesson and my student wanted this layout created.  So create we did!  I think that the finished product turned out pretty cute.  Be sure and let me know what you think of it!
In creating this layout we used Cricut Expression, Cricut Design Studio, the Mickey Font Cricut Cartridge, the Plantin' Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge and the Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge.  The Cardstocks are from American Craft and Prism.  Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive Glue was used to assemble the entire layout.  Other items used in embellishing the layout were:  Copic Markers, a Signo White Gel Pen and a Sakura Micron 01 Pigma Pen.

If you download this file, please leave a comment!
It is once again the time of year when we celebrate our Independence! Many of you may spend this time with your family and friends! Whether your family traditions include picnics, fireworks and just spending quality time with family and friends, this is the perfect layout to highlight that perfect photo!
This is the layout featured in the Crafty Kimber section! I have been asked to post the .cut file here on my blog for everyone's use!
The 4th of July layout was created using the Cricut Design Studio and the Cricut Expression along with the 12x24 mat. I have used the Latest Cricut Cartridges to create this layout including the new Stand and Salute Cricut Cartridge, The New Simply Sweet Cricut Cartridge and Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge. It was created using American Craft and Bazzill Cardstocks! (They both cut like a dream on the Cricut!)
If you would like for me to start posting more layouts for your use, please be sure to leave a Comment on this post!
If you would like to be able to make this layout for your family I have provided this .cut file for your personal use. NOTE: Please do not make this layout to sell or claim as your own. If you know someone who might like this .cut file, please refer them to my blog.
If you make this layout, I would love to see your version of it! Please send a link to it by posting a comment or feel free to email me a picture! Happy Scrappin'!

I used the Stickles and Smooches to create more depth in the fireworks. Be sure to let them dry thouroghly! It will take most of the day, possibly 2 days for them to completely dry!

Under the Ocean Candy/Snack Bucket!

So, I have to say that I may have a new favorite Cricut Cartridge! I just love the new Life's A Beach Cricut Cartridge! I have had more fun playing with it creating amazing under the sea beach scenes! I decided to take my layout off of the page and instead put in on a candy/snack bucket! Who knew I would have so much fun adding all the little details!
I used Life's A Beach, Plantin Schoolbook and Word Builders 3 An Ocean of Words to create this bucket. I also used Cricut Design Studio to manipulate the fish, seaweed and coral to the sizes and length I was looking for.
Be sure and let me know what you think by commenting!

In the Ocean at the Reef - Life's A Beach Layout

In the Ocean at the Reef

This Summer my little Brother Kelly and his wife Michelle are heading to the Virgin Islands for vacation. I can't wait to see what kind of pictures that they come back with that fit this layout! My brother is a huge photographer so I am sure that they will be spectacular!

Just a note:

Yes, I am one of those people who avoids the sun at all costs! I burn and peel, burn and peel and yes, burn and peel! And before you ask, yes, I do wear SPF90 for a sun block!

This Layout was created using Design Studio, Life's A Beach and Plantin Schoolbook this is what I came up with. I wish that I could be snorkeling right now! The cardstocks used in Creating this layout are Bazzill Basics Dotted Swiss Cardstock, Various Prism Cardstocks, Die Cuts With A View Glitter Paper and Various America Craft Cardstocks. As always I glue my layout together using the Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive. That glue really ROCKS! I used various Jelly Roll Pens including the Clear Star Glitter Pen as well as the Uniball Signo White Pigment Ink Pen. I hope that this layout inspires you to create your own layout! Happy Scrapping!

The ribbon is from various companies. The Zutter was also used as well as the crop-a -dile.  I used Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive glue to assemble the whole thing!

Irish Cutie In The Chirp!

Don't you just love the time of year when Irish Luck runs rampant? My children are always telling me that no one can pinch them for not wearing green since their eyes are all green. Haven't you ever seen a rainbow and just wondered if there really was a Pot of Gold at the end of it? I hope that you enjoy the Irish Cutie Layout that I have created.

This layout uses Calligraphy Collection, Paper Doll Dress Up and Plantin Schoolbook. I created the rainbow by free hand cutting but have included a copy of it in the word document so you can either print it off and cut it out or you can use it as a template to create your own rainbow out of cardstock.
