BOO-tiful Layout!

In my last Design Studio 2 class we made the most BOO-tiful layout you have ever seen. Just imagine how cute your little spookers will be gracing the pages of this layout!

It was created using the Cricut Expression, Cricut Design Studio, Mickey Font Cricut Cartridge, Plantin' Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge and Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut Cartridge. I used a selection of papers by Prism. Other items that were used would include a Black Signo Gel Pen, a White Signo Gel Pen and Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive.

The Combs Family Layout with Everyday Paper Dolls and More!!

I had a blast tonight making this Layout for my friend Katrina's best friend who is pregnant.  It took about 4 hours from start to finish.  I used Cricut Design Studio, Cricut Expression the 12"x24" Mat and the following Cricut Cartridges:  Plantin Schoolbook, Everyday Paper Dolls, Sesame Street Font, Christmas and Opposites Attract.
The Papers that were used were by Bazzill, Prism and American Craft.  I used a black 01 Sakura Black Pigment Pen, White Signo Gel Pen and Stampin' Up's Chocolate Chip Marker.  I used Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Glue.  I love this glue!  I use it for EVERY layout I make.  (Well almost all of them since I am making all of the 3M advertising layouts and the paper I am using ROCKS!  It is STICKY BACKED!  Wait until you see what I have done with it!  Keep posted!)

Christmas Layout using Everyday Paper Dolls and More!

So, now that I have Everyday Paper Dolls I am having entirely too much fun! Here is another layout that I made this week. Of course, I had to make the crawling baby as I have been dying to have a baby paper doll besides baby Jesus! I can't wait to try out the sitting one!

To create this layout I used Cricut Design Studio, The Cricut Expression, the 12 x 24 Cricut Mat, Paper Doll Dress Up, Everyday Paper Dolls, Plantin Schoolbook and Cuttin' Up!
To embellish the layout I used the Signo Gel Pen in Black and White, White Flower Soft, Stickles Glitter Glue and Bazzill Cardstock!

Pop Star Layout as seen in The Chirp!

Pop Star Layout

Ok, so here is what you have been waiting for! The .cut file for the Pop Star Layout that was made for The Chirp! This is a relatively simple layout to create. I have labeled all the .cut file tabs for you to be able to recreate this just like I made it. The only difference is you will not be able to use the American Crafts Glitter Chipboard until it is released in stores!

To create the Pop Star Layout, You will need the Cricut Design Studio, Cricut Expression, Hannah Montana Cricut Cartridge, Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge, the Regular Blade Housing, the Deep cut Blade Housing,

You will need a 12x12 sheet of Black cardstock for your base.

I used Prism Cardstock because that is what I put my hands on first!

Cut a 12x12 Sheet of the American Crafts Purple Cardstock down to 11.75 x 11.75 and center it on the black.

Cut a 12x12 sheet of American Crafts Purple Foil down to 11.5 x 11.5 and center it on the purple cardstock.

Layout Look - DO NOT CUT!!! Page
You will then follow the .cut file tabs using the correct cardstock/Chipboard colors to cut the layers out. Once you have the layers cut out, you will follow the picture and assemble the layout!

NOTES!
If you purchase the American Crafts Glitter Chipboard, you must use the Deep Cut Blade to cut it. I tried with the regular blade houseing and all it did was barely score the chipboard! You will also need to set the multi cut up for 2 times when you are cutting the Glitter Chipboard layers.
I recommend cutting all the cardstock layers first and then cutting the Glitter Chipboard layers and be ready to your sacrifice you cutting mat though!
Also if you are using a 12x24 mat be sure to lay an extra 12x12 sheet of cardstock next to the Glitter Chipboard so you don't get Glitter all over your mat!

CHA or Bust Layout Using Everyday Paper Dolls!

Ok, So most of you know that I was given Everyday Paper Dolls the night of the Gypsy Gala. What most of you might not know is that I was asked to create a layout with it to bring with me the next day to display at the Provo Craft Booth. Here is what I came up with once we got to the hotel that night. I had so much fun playing.

If you look closely, you will even see my CHA badge with my name and the
words Retailer under my name.

This layout was created using Cricut Design Studio, Cricut Expression, Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge, Plantin Schoolbook Cricut Cartridge, Cuttin' Up Cricut Cartridge, American Craft Cardstocks, Prism Cardstocks, Copic Ciao Markers, Sakura Clear Star Gel Pen, Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Adhesive Glue, Uniball Signo UM-153 White and Black Gel Pens and Part of the CHA magazine for the name badge.
