Colored Cricut Expressions: Which Color did you get!
Ok, I know that some of you broke down today like me and purchased the colored Cricut Expressions from Wal-mart. What color did you get and is it the color you were wanting? I would just love to know! I purchased one of every color and am planning on using my old ones to teach with and keep the new colors at home for the kids and myself! Here are the colors that were available once again!

If there was a purple one, I would have been there!!
ReplyDeleteI don't have a Walmart near me... but I would've gotten the black one... it wouldn't get dirty as easily as the white/cream one I have!
ReplyDeleteI have a pink one! Walmart isn't in Australia (wish it was), so we can't get any of the coloured ones, but at the moment we can get a pink one. Which is lucky for me - I love pink.

ReplyDeleteThose are pretty. I didn't know they were colored inside too. I've got the plain old one but that's ok. They all cut the same.
ReplyDeleteI bought my first Cricut at Walmart at midnight- I was amazed to be the only one waiting for it. I was able to get my first choice of color - the red.

I hadn't seen the colors yet ... still on the fence of liking them. I have the original color and a pink one still in the box. I'm not sure which one I would have gone for. Cricut green would have been cool!!

They had a WHOLE crate of them out in our walmart and hardly any had gone. I would of loved a pink one but as that wasn't one of the choices... I got a black one. Haven't unpacked it, am going to take it to work with me next week as I am staying over.
ReplyDeleteI didn't have the Expression and I got my today. What an ordeal the first Walmart, claimed they were out, but after asking a stockboy, he said they never had them. My husband drove me to the Super Walmart and again I asked a stockboy and he directed me to the last two. Both were green. I wanted the blue, but I really wish they had them in purple. But I am very HAPPY I got one at all!! :)
ReplyDeleteI wanted to get one but then thought "My husband would probably sell me to the circus." I already have the plain one and it works fine. Those were pretty and I want the Serenade cartridge.
ReplyDeleteI love the red one, but I don't live near a micheals either. I am going to paint my cream colored one myself. they have so many wonderful plastic paints now in a spray can..and they really work. Just tape off what you don't want sprayed, and there ya go.. they also have a sealer. so I'll see how it goes and let you know..
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know they came in all these beautiful colors. I didn't know about the Walmart sale either. But, my hubby and I were up at 4 am and at Best Buy getting the kiddies gifts and enjoying the hussle and bustle.After that was done, he took me to Michaels and I got lots of Cricut Cartridges and a Jukebox! Yippee! Love all the colors...

I wanted the red one wasn't able to get it. I hope walmart still has them.
ReplyDeleteI already have one so I got my mom one of the black ones. She works retail and was already at work. I was the nice daughter. I did not need to go to wal-mart at 5:00 AM for anything other than that.
ReplyDeleteThey were sold out in my local store in MN, but my brother in IL was able to get me the red one. I can't open it until X mas when he comes over to MN. I actually like the blue one as it matches with the color of the deep cut blade holder. Happy Holidays...MN girl

ReplyDeleteWow!Those are some really amazing colors. I didn't see the Walmart Black Friday AD.I didn't even they had them in such cool colors.Those colors are just making me drool over my keyboard. Well, wishing you a lot of happy crafting.
ReplyDeleteWell I tried to get one of any color, but wanted the blue. There were none at our WM here in CA. When I went online to get one they were sold out. I am so disapointed, guess I won't be getting one anytime soon, and have to wait till I find the blue one now. Really wanted the new cartridge that came with it too. Glad you were able to get some new toys to play with. Have fun!

I was at our Walmart but it looked like our store only got about 10 of them so they were GONE, as were all of the cartriges. I left empty handed. I would LOVE a PURPLE one though!!
ReplyDeleteI wanted a blue one so I got to Walmart before midnight so I would be able to get my color of choice. When they brought them out at midnight, I was the only one there so I got my BLUE one! They had only got in 32 of them. I also bought the Winter Woodland and Sweethearts cartridge. I am upgrading from the original cricut and love it! Love the Serenade cartridge! Thank you for posting the specs about it before too! Love your blog!!! Thanks...

ReplyDeleteMy girls bought me the blue one and I can't get it until Christmas. If they had a purple one, that would of been for me. But I'll take the dodger blue one.
ReplyDeleteOur family had been sick with the flu the whole week leading up to Thanksgiving but I was determined to still do some shopping. I had planned to buy a green bug for my mom at Walmart but after coming home from a midnight mall run, I was beat. So I thought that I would check out their online store and at 2:30 am MST they popped up. I bought the green one and went back to bed. I also went looking everywhere for Serenade and could not find it. LOL I just found out it is included with the bug. Now all I have to do is hope that it shows up in one piece.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, you hit a gold mine! I bought the two carts I went for and got lucky because at 5:15 there were only 4 carts left and no machines, but I didn't want one anyway. Our WM was a zoo. Took me an hour and a half in line to pay for my purchases! Why did I punish myself like that? Hit Michaels and JoAnn's and got 12 news carts. I'm in heaven!! HoHoHo!
ReplyDeleteI was at Walmart at 3:30 - ours wouldn't let us have them 'til 5:00 on the dot! Two GUYS in line almost had a fist fight and security had to be called - it was nuts! But it turned out that they had 32 not 16 like we were originally told so I was able to get my red one and a green one for my sil/best friend! Woo hoo!!!
ReplyDeleteI got the red one eventually. I got to our Walmart at 3am to get in line for the 5am start and they kept bringing out the palettes of stuff but not the cricuts. Everytime a stock guy would go by I would ask for the cricuts and he said they couldn't find them. Well they did not get loaded on the truck and they told me I was out of luck. I left my name and number and Saturday morning they called and had me a red one with my name on it. I went from being a sad sack to a happy camper. I love it but will not get to play with it till Christmas. Melissa

ReplyDeleteI have been on the fence about the Cricut for over a year. When I saw the colors and the price for Black Friday, I gave my Christmas List - all I want is a GREEN Expressions. My mom went to WalMart just to get it (she lives in FL) and her store had only two of each color. I am so excited about Christmas morning even though I know what will already be under the tree.

ReplyDeleteI bought the Pink one at Michael's in October (Breast Cancer Awareness). Love, love, love, Pink!!! And since my last name is Pinkey, it is a good fit.
ReplyDeleteMy husband bought a blue one for a Christmas gift. I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it did not work properly with my gypsy. After a couple calls provocraft was kind enough to send me a new expression, but it is regular color.
